Park Yoo Chun appeared at a convenience store in royal robe?
In the first episode of SBS’s new drama series Rooftop Prince which airs today (March 21) at 9:55 p.m., the crown prince Lee Gak (played by Park Yoo Chun) from the Joseon Dynasty finally makes appearance.
The series begins with an interesting introduction: the crown prince from the Joseon Dynasty timetravels 300 years later to the present time in Seoul. Many interesting subjects are to be covered in the series.
The climax of this setting is Lee Gak going through some tough time adjusting himself in modern technology. The prince of the greatest power has now become helpless and gets involved in many different issues with Seoul citizens. The incidents also give a good laugh, naturally falling into the genre of romantic comedy.
For example, the hungry prince gives a sympathetic look towards the steaming bowl of ramen from outside a convenience store. This trailer became a big hit as soon as it was released.
Not being able to resist his hunger anymore, Lee scolds the clerk, “Thou shall give that noodles to me.” But there is no way that his authority would work in Seoul of present time, and this fact will inspire even more laughter.
