[TRANS] 130912 TVXQ Come In At 2nd Place On The Oricon Weekly Charts With More Than 130,000 Copies Sold

TVXQ’s recently released single ‘SCREAM’ has come in at second place on the Oricon Weekly Charts.

According to the Oricon Charts, TVXQ’s 38th single ‘SCREAM’ sold 134,304 copies in the past week (September 2nd~September 8th) and came in at second place on the weekly charts.

First place went to AKB48′s sister group HKT48 with 268,897 copies of their ‘Melon Juice’ single sold, and third place went to AAA with 37,795 copies sold of their single.

Having released their single on the 4th, TVXQ entered the daily charts in second place and have been fighting with HKT48 for the top spot over the past week.

TVXQ’s latest single is their first in three months since their June single ‘OCEAN’, and has already been chosen as the theme song for various TV programs and the Japanese horror film ‘Sadako 3D’.

The group will also be releasing ‘TVXQ LIVE TOUR 2013 ~TIME~’, the live recording DVD of their Five Dome tour in Japan, on the 23rd of October.

Meanwhile, IU released her third single ‘Monday Afternoon’ on the 11th and entered the daily charts at ninth place.
