Mr. Hiroaki Ito is Tearbridge Production Boss, Avex Management Creator Division. Basically he is a music producer under Avex.

I went to Tokyo Dome today to see Tohoshinki’s concert first time in a long while. I cannot find any appropriate word to describe it, because what they are doing is exquisite. Any person who saw their concert would re-realize the greatness every time they remind of it. They cannot help doing it because the 3-hour long concert was so full of love and perfect.

I was thinking during the concert why they are so great. They sing, talk and share laughter in a foreign language, have learnt the culture of the foreign country, love fans from there, and convey uncompromising performance. Whether an artist or athlete or a businessman, people who excel at the world-class level have high aspirations. If not, they cannot survive. Success is up to themselves, not anyone else.
